Plot Summary: In "Clash of the Titans," the ultimate struggle for power pits men against kings and kings against gods. But the war between the gods themselves could destroy the world. Born of a god but raised as a man, Perseus (Sam Worthington) is helpless to save his family from Hades (Ralph Fiennes), vengeful god of the underworld. With nothing left to lose, Perseus volunteers to lead a dangerous mission to defeat Hades before he can seize power from Zeus (Liam Neeson) and unleash hell on earth. Samuel Henry J. "Sam" Worthington (born 2 August 1976) is an English-born Australian actor. He is best known for his roles as Jake Sully in the 2009 film Avatar, Marcus Wright in Terminator Salvation, and most recently as Perseus in the feature film remake of Clash of the Titans.

Liam John Neeson, OBE (born 7 June 1952) is an Irish actor, who has been nominated for an Oscar, Golden Globe and a BAFTA. He is well known for his roles as Oskar Schindler in Schindler's List, Michael Collins in Michael Collins, Qui-Gon Jinn in Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace, Alfred Kinsey in Kinsey, Aslan in The Chronicles of Narnia film series and will play John "Hannibal" Smith in the 2010 A-Team movie. He has also starred in several other blockbusters, including The Dead Pool, Darkman, Rob Roy, Kingdom of Heaven, Batman Begins, Taken and Love, Actually.

Ralph Nathaniel Twisleton-Wykeham-Fiennes, known simply as Ralph Fiennes (born 22 December 1962), is an English actor. He has appeared in films such as Schindler's List, The English Patient, In Bruges, The Constant Gardener, Strange Days, Maid in Manhattan, Red Dragon and the Harry Potter films as Lord Voldemort. Most recently he appeared in The Reader (2008) and The Hurt Locker (2009).

Danny Huston (born May 14, 1962) is an American actor and director. Soon after Ivansxtc, he worked on Martin Scorsese's The Aviator alongside Leonardo DiCaprio and Alec Baldwin, for which the ensemble cast was nominated for a 2004 SAG Award. In 2006, Huston received the Golden Satellite Award for Best Supporting Actor for his performance as Sandy Woodrow in Fernando Meirelles' The Constant Gardener. That same year, Huston starred in the critically acclaimed Australian western The Proposition alongside Guy Pearce and Emily Watson. The film premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. Huston also starred in the British independent features Alpha Male and Oliver Parker’s Fade to Black, in which he played Orson Welles alongside Christopher Walken and Paz Vega. He has collaborated several times with British directors Mike Figgis and Bernard Rose, most recently with Rose on The Kreutzer Sonata, which premiered at the 2008 Edinburgh International Film Festival.

Gemma Christina Arterton (born 12 January 1986) is an English actress. Arterton is known for her role as the titular character on the BBC adaptation of Tess of the D'Urbervilles. She made her feature film debut in the British comedy St Trinian's (2007) where she played Kelly. She then starred as the MI6 agent Strawberry Fields in the James Bond film, Quantum of Solace (2008). In 2009, she starred in the sequel to St Trinian's entitled St. Trinian's II: The Legend of Fritton's Gold. Arterton also stars in the adaptation of Clash of the Titans (2010).

Mads Dittmann Mikkelsen (born 22 November 1965) is a Danish actor. Mikkelsen was born in the Østerbro area of Copenhagen. After attending Århus Theatre School, he made his film debut in the movie Pusher. He has starred in popular Danish movies such as Flickering Lights (Danish: Blinkende Lygter), The Green Butchers (Danish: De Grønne Slagtere), his film debut Pusher, and Pusher II. Arguably, Mikkelsen's most famous role was as a cop in the Danish television series Unit One (Danish: Rejseholdet). He also starred as Tristan in the Jerry Bruckheimer production of King Arthur, as well as playing the villain Le Chiffre in the 21st James Bond film, Casino Royale. In 2006 he took the lead role in the Oscar nominated "After the Wedding".

Jason Flemyng (born 25 September 1966) is an English actor. He is known for his film work, which has included roles in British films such as Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels (1998) and Snatch (2000), both for Guy Ritchie, as well as Hollywood productions such as Rob Roy (1995) along with the Alan Moore comic book adaptations From Hell (2001) and The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen (2003). He has also appeared in prominent roles in both theatre and television in the UK. Flemyng can speak reasonable French, and has made three films in that language. He won the Best Actor Award at the Geneva Film Festival for his role in 1996's Alive and Kicking.

Alexa Davalos (born May 28, 1982) is an American actress. She has appeared in several Hollywood films, including Feast of Love, The Mist and Defiance.

Izabella Anna Mikołajczak (born January 21, 1981), better known as Izabella Miko, is a Polish actress and model. Miko's American film debut was in Coyote Ugly in 2000. In addition, she appeared in three episodes of HBO's Golden Globe and Emmy Award-winning Deadwood, and in The Killers' music video for Mr. Brightside. In 2010, Miko will appear in the big-budget remake Clash of the Titans as Athena. Miko supports green politics and keeps a video blog to talk about her current concerns.

Nicholas Caradoc Hoult (born 7 December 1989) is an English actor, best known for the role as Marcus Brewer in the 2002 film, About a Boy, and as Tony Stonem in the E4 television series, Skins.

Peter William "Pete" Postlethwaite, OBE (born 7 February 1945) is an English actor.
